SEO training

SEO knowledge that changes how your team works.

Practical knowledge for your team, without theory for its own sake. I train marketers, developers and managers so that they speak the same SEO language and make better decisions. I adapt the program to your company’s level and processes instead of repeating a ready-made script.

Who it is for

When does SEO training really change how a team works?

SEO training makes sense when a team makes decisions that affect the website’s visibility, but does not know how those decisions work for SEO.

I train four kinds of teams. Each has different knowledge gaps and works with SEO differently. After the training, each of them knows what to do and why, and does not have to rely on an external specialist for everything.

01

Marketing departments, content managers, copywriters

They create content, but do not know how to choose keywords, build a heading structure and write for search intent. After the training, the content brief does not end up in a drawer, because the team understands what should be in it and why.

02

Developers and technical leads

They ship features without knowing how architecture decisions affect crawling, JavaScript rendering and Core Web Vitals. I teach them technical SEO: how to build URLs, configure robots.txt, find errors in SSR and CSR, and avoid mistakes that cost the visibility of a whole catalog.

03

Business owners and managers

They manage the SEO budget, but do not know what they are paying for or how to assess the results. After the training, they know which KPIs make sense, how to read Google Search Console reports and how to talk to a freelancer or an agency without just nodding along at every meeting.

04

Marketing agencies and in-house teams

They know the SEO basics, but need current knowledge: AI Overviews, AIO/GEO, semantic SEO, topic clusters. The advanced workshops and the AIO/GEO training are for teams that want to stay a step ahead of their clients.

Next step

Knowledge your team
will use right away.

The intro call is free. Tell me about your team and its level, and I will prepare a program proposal and a quote.

What SEO training is

Not a course. Workshops designed for your team.

Company SEO training is not an online course with a ready-made program, but workshops built around your team’s problems, your website and your business goals. I create the program from scratch based on the intro call: who takes part, their current SEO knowledge, what they do every day and where the company wants to be in a year.

After the training, the team speaks the same SEO language, understands the priorities and can take care of the website’s visibility on its own, without asking “what is a canonical URL?” at every project meeting.

I have run SEO training for marketing and IT departments, advertising agencies and business owners, online and in person. Every workshop is different, because every team has a different level of knowledge and different needs.

I am not a professional trainer. I teach what I practice myself on SEO projects, including large stores, media publishers and financial websites. Your team gets the same knowledge I use in my work for clients.

Experience

In the Google Internet Revolutions project in Poland I was a digital marketing expert and ran individual workshops for about 40 business owners and marketers.

I have also trained teams from the finance, telecommunications and media sectors.

What you get

A program, materials
and support after the workshop.

The training does not end on the day of the workshop. You get materials that stay in the company and, optionally, a Q&A session after implementation.

  • A program built for your teamI create it based on the intro call, for your company’s needs, not from a ready-made script.
  • Materials and a tool listDownloadable slides, a list of recommended SEO tools and implementation checklists you will come back to on Monday morning.
  • A Q&A session after 30 days (optional)A meeting a month after the workshop. The team has had time to implement something, so we review the results and I answer the questions that came up in practice.

Step by step

How does the training process work?

Five steps: from a free intro call, through assessing the team’s level and building the program, to the workshop and optional support afterwards.

Format: online or in person, 3–8 hours, up to 15 participants. We set the date together; I usually run the training within 2–3 weeks of the intro call.

01

Free intro call

We talk online. You tell me about your team: who takes part, their current SEO knowledge, what they do every day and what your goals are. Based on that, I propose the scope, the format and an estimated length of the training.

02

Building the program

I create a training program for your company, not one version for everyone. I take into account the participants’ level, their roles, internal processes and the specific questions they want to ask. You get the program for approval before the workshop.

03

Workshops (3–8 hours)

Online (Google Meet or Zoom) or in person. Exercises on real examples, including your company’s website if you wish. Up to 15 participants, so that everyone can ask questions and work actively, not just listen.

04

Materials and recommendations

After the workshop you get the slides, a list of recommended SEO tools and an implementation checklist: what to implement first so that the results show up as soon as possible. You will come back to it before talking to a developer or a copywriter.

05

Q&A session (optional, after 30 days)

A month after the workshop, the team has already implemented some changes and has new questions. An optional session (60 min) lets us clear up what does not work, discuss the first results and point out the next steps.

FAQ

Common questions about SEO training

What is SEO training for companies?

SEO training for companies means workshops on search engine optimization run for a specific team: marketing, IT or management. Unlike online courses, the program is created based on the intro call and fits the participants’ level, their roles and the company’s problems. The goal is knowledge you can apply right after the workshop, not a certificate for a CV.

How is company training different from an online course?

An online course is a ready-made program in a fixed order: you watch recordings and go through the material at your own pace. Company training means live workshops with a trainer: I create the program for your team, we do the exercises on your website, and you ask questions as they come up. An online course gives general knowledge, while company training gives knowledge applied to your situation.

Who is SEO training for?

I run SEO training for four groups: marketers and editors (SEO basics, content, topical maps), developers and technical leads (technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO), business owners and managers (strategy, KPIs, assessing results), and agencies and in-house teams (advanced SEO, AIO/GEO, semantic SEO). I adapt the program and the level to the group.

How long does SEO training take?

It depends on the scope. Half-day online training: 3–4 hours. Full-day workshops: 6–8 hours. A training series: 3 sessions of 3–4 hours, spread over time. We set the format and the time based on your needs. In every case the group has up to 15 participants, so that everyone can work actively.

How much does company SEO training cost?

The quote depends on the scope, the length and the number of participants. Half-day online training (3–4 hours), full-day workshops (6–8 hours, a program built from scratch) and a series of three sessions are priced differently, and I quote training for agencies and larger teams individually. The intro call is free, and after it you will know the proposed scope and price.

Does SEO training end with a certificate?

Yes, on request I issue a certificate of participation at no extra cost. The certificate confirms the topic and the length of the training. I am not a school accredited by the state or by Google, so the certificate is not a formal professional qualification. It confirms participation in training run by an SEO specialist working in the industry since 2012.
